Our Story

A passion poured by hand

Monaes Wine began at a family table — three generations of vintners, one shared belief: that a bottle of wine should carry the warmth of the people who made it. We farm small parcels, harvest by hand, and let each vintage tell its honest story.

Our cellar is intentionally small. We bottle what we love, in batches you can taste the care in. No shortcuts. No factory blends. Just patient craft, classical techniques, and a quiet obsession with the details no one else will notice.

Founder of Monaes Wine

Meet the Founder

Antonio Monaes

Antonio learned to read soil before he could read a label. Twenty-six harvests later, he still walks the rows every morning before sunrise. The wines bear his name — but the philosophy is older than him.

"Great wine doesn't begin in the barrel. It begins in the hands that pick the fruit."

The Craft

From vine to bottle

Each cluster is picked at peak ripeness, sorted berry by berry on cool morning tables.

Slow-aged

Slow-aged

Native yeasts, French oak, and patience. We rush nothing — the wine tells us when it's ready.

Every bottle is corked, labeled, and inspected in our cellar — never on a factory line.
