We ship to addresses in US states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. Adult signature (21+) is required on delivery — packages cannot be left unattended. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100; otherwise $12 flat. Express shipping is available at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–7 business days depending on destination. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships and is also available on the order tracking page.
Due to the nature of alcohol, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage in transit or incorrect product shipped. If your bottle arrives broken or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
